DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

We achieve this by leveraging social media or conduct Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to bring in an organic audience.
A brand needs a home in digital space. We create informed and engaging user interfaces and experiences. Our specialists are always concerned about providing quality end-products including e-commerce, corporate websites, campaign-based landing pages, non-profit websites, and mobile applications.
We are looking for someone who loves to meet new people and who has the negotiation skills that will build healthy business relationships. You must live and breathe digital technology and be keen to provide marketing solutions by pinpointing online consumer trends. You are accountable to the management for agreed sales revenues and targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within territory to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Minimum 1 year of digital (solutions / marketing) account management
Dedicated and driven work ethic
Excellent writing skills
Comfortable making presentations to all size groups (3-10)
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe Photoshop
BS / BA degree or equivalent professional experience Management experience required
