Blurb: This will be loosely based on the research-validated Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) technique as developed by Jon Kabat Zinn. It is a form of stress relief therapy administered by psychologists and more recently implemented in corporate training programmes for mental wellness.

This is a public event for caregiver. Attendees interested will need to indicate interest by emailing [email protected]. The team will get back with a confirmation. Attendees joining from the 2nd sessions onward would need to attend all 3 remaining sessions. The next session is at the Alzheimer’s Disease Association this Saturday, the 10th of March 2018. Registrations will close on the 9th of March 2018.
